The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, April 20 reveals Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will get bad news from Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore).
Also coming up, Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will learn Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is Lily’s brother. Plus, Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will catch up with Nate. And Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will discuss their hopes and fears.
Y&R spoilers tease Stephanie will run into Nate. “Oh my goodness, Olivia’s son, Lily’s cousin,” she’ll exclaim. “Come here!” And she’ll give him a big hug. Nate will ask what brings her back to Genoa City. “I’m actually here to see my son, you might know him, Holden Novak,” she’ll reply. Nate will say he’s met him a few times.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Holden Hated Being A Kid Whose Dad Was Dead
At Society, Lily will see Holden sitting at a table. It’ll be a little awkward but he’ll ask if she wants to sit with him so she will. Holden will ask if she’s heard from Malcolm. She’ll say he’s with her kids in LA right now but they don’t have any test results back yet.
Holden will say it feels strange to talk about “our” father and he’ll ask her about Malcolm. She’ll say her dad will always be Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) but Malcolm’s a really good man. Holden will wonder if there’s any way he’d come back to Genoa City.
Lily will say their father is a free spirit but New York is his base. “Are you hoping to have a relationship with him?” she’ll ask. Holden will say it’s a little late for that, he’s still angry with his mother for hiding it. “I hated being a kid whose dad was dead,” he’ll admit. “Malcolm and I were both robbed and that will never change.”
But Lily will tell him he’s got a family now. She wants to tell Devon and Nate as soon as possible and wants Holden to be there. Lily will say she wants to call them right now. “There’s no time like the present,” Holden will reply. So she’ll call Nate and Devon and ask them to meet her at Society. They’ll see Holden and Nate will say he thought it was a family thing.
“Holden and I found out some news recently, it turns out Malcolm is his biological father, so we are half siblings,” Lily will tell them. She’ll add he’s family to her now, so he’s family to all of them. Holden will say he’ll give them some privacy and he’ll leave.
“So, tell me how you really feel?” Devon will ask Lily. She’ll say there’s time to figure that out. Then Malcolm will call and she’ll ask him what the results are. “Neither of the kids?” she’ll ask, crying. After she hangs up, Devon will ask Lily if she’s okay. He’ll embrace her and she’ll sob in his arms.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Second Pregnancy Test Is Also Positive
Meanwhile, Sally will take a second pregnancy test and tell Billy it’s positive too. “The question is,” she’ll say. “What do we do next?” Billy will ask how she’s feeling. Sally will say he’s been so sweet and attentive. However, she wants to know what he’s thinking.
Billy will admit it wasn’t what he was expecting when he woke up in the morning. He’ll keep doting on Sally, until she realizes he’s avoiding telling her how he really feels. “Can you please be here, in this with me?”
He’ll say he knows now why Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) was over and it wasn’t work related. Sally will admit she didn’t want him on that roller coaster until she knew for sure. “You were afraid to tell me you were pregnant,” he’ll state. “If that’s the case, what does that say about us going forward?”
Sally will say he’s a great father. Billy will tell her she’s not alone, he’s not going anywhere. “One of the reasons I didn’t tell you when I woke up this morning, you have already been through so much with Delia,” she’ll reply. “We lost the two most precious little people, how can we face that chance again?”
Finally, Billy will tell Sally her feelings take priority. She was pregnant with Ava but she didn’t get to raise her. “We can do everything right, but still…are you willing to risk that again?” he’ll ask. Sally will say she doesn’t know how to do it again. “What if all I feel is fear? What if it happens again?”
